We use it to capture the main events and metrics from our communication efforts to then integrate this information to Amplitude.

Abhin our customer success manager is always following up our requirements and give us outstanding advice in how to use the platform in the best way.
We have been able to launch robust campaigns in terms of audiences as a result of the data we have at user level.

To capture real-time data is excellent. In terms of transforming the data into new variables to create user attributes it could improve.
