Overall Satisfaction with N-able N-central

N-central is at the centre of our operation as it allows as to manage our client as MSP provider, automate tasks, assent inventory, remote access, patch management and so forth. Ease of management allows us to direct our resources elsewhere such as spend more interacting with customers, sales, project planning, etc.

  • EDR implementation via N-able brought us over 100% ROI
Interface is nice and clear, however the performance is suffering (slow)
Tried another MSP software provider however the cost was not justified.

N-able N-central is well suited for large organizations for IT management as well as MSP providers who manage large amounts of customers. it will allow easy management of IT resources, networks, security assesments, etc.

It would be less appropriate for small/medium size companies that have IT on staff who can implement locally hosted technology and manage it in house.
