Overall Satisfaction with N-able N-sight RMM

We can manage a large number of devices with very few personnel resources at our company. We have the peace of mind of having this large number of devices under control and receiving alerts in the event of any anomalies.

Cons

  • Implement new features and improvements to the dashboard.
  • Remove antivirus (to leave EDR).
  • Do not apply price increases every year.
  • Time savings in management.
  • Staff savings for large volumes of work.
Overall, I consider it a very interesting tool that helps save a lot of management time and enables us to offer a quality service to our customers. Very easy to learn how to use and very quick to implement.
N-Able is easier to learn and implement, and also has good technical support in Spain.

I consider RMM to be a very interesting solution for management scenarios involving 100-400 nodes. In both large and small scenarios, I believe there are other solutions that offer better value for money.
