Overall Satisfaction with N-able N-sight RMM
Our organization uses N-able to centrally manage multiple IT clients and deliver high-quality managed services. We use to distribute software, EDR, security, patch management, and backups. N-Able Me provided us with various ready-to-use scripts that we use daily for automation and to save our techs' time.
Pros
- Alerts via EMAIL and TEXT.
- Health Monitoring.
- Automation Cookbook.
Cons
- EDR implementation done badly.
- Cove Backup integration done badly (separate console).
- Remote support software has many bugs.
- Our technicians are saving time and money with automation and automatic alerts.
- Proactive approach sets us apart from break-and-fix competitors.
Ultimately, we chose to stay with N-able N-sight due to their competitive pricing and billing system that we integrated into our accounting. The other competitors do offer better-made modules/new technology, but we were not ready to make this big move because of the cost. In the future, perhaps, we will still consider NinjaOne.
