Overall Satisfaction with Namely
We are currently using Namely as our HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management, Time and Attendance and Benefits Administration across our entire USA company. We had no HRIS system and were unhappy with our benefits administration system at the time. Now with Namely, all of our people operations are in one system. It makes it easy as employers and it is easy for the employees to have access to the information they need. We chose Namely because we liked the easy to use look and feel, our onboarding process is much more automated and our benefits enrollment is now automated with our payroll and employees will be accountable for making changes or selecting new coverage.
