Overall Satisfaction with Namely

We migrated to Namely for the HRMS functionality. Namely has been a great HRMS platform for SMB customers. It is easy to use and our employees have adopted it well. In addition, we migrated our payroll services as a cost-saving measure. It is very helpful to have all HR and payroll information so easily accessible.

The implementation of basic HRMS and payroll functionality went smoothly. We could have used more assistance in setting up performance management as we never were able to make that transition to the system.
Namely is very easy to use.
I think Namely is a great product especially for companies with less than 250 users. It gives great visibility to all employees, easily manages onboarding and time off, and is easy to use. As you get above 250 users or if you are having extreme growth, it can be a little challenging due to the lack of recruiting features.
