Overall Satisfaction with Namely

Namely is used as our "internal portal." Everyone in the company uses it. This is the platform for ALL HR-related work, such as benefits, compensation, time off, departmental structure, payroll, everything. Namely is also used as our company infrastructure with details of every employee and department. Finally, Namely is being used as "social media" for TCR2 for significant announcements, employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and life events.
  • Everything under the same umbrella.
  • Extremely user friendly.
  • Secure
  • Forms need to be downloaded, it would be helpful to fill online.
  • Categories can be simplified. For eg, your and your employee's time off should be under the same tab.

  • Lot of self service capabilities.
Beyond Intranet Employee Onboarding Software, Okta Workflows (Azuqua), Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Really easy to use.
  • Ideal for small to medium-sized companies, companies that are not big enough to have their own intranet portal.
  • Suitable for a manageable number of employees where employees know and care about each other.
  • Not ideal for big companies with different functions and departments.
  • It's easy to get lost and over there one size does fit all.
  • Not ideal for places where the majority of the information can not be shared throughout the organization.
