Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite
NetSuite is being used across the whole organization. Our marketing team uses it to track inventory of product for samples and competitions and to check inventory to see when we need to order new product. The marketing team also uses it to track our point of sale items/POS to see how much inventory we have left of some items for E-commerce reasons and sales resources for our sales force. Our accounting department uses it to track the budgets of all of our brands and spend throughout the company from all sides (marketing spend, sales spend, product spend, etc.).
- One strength of NetSuite is the availability of personalized reports. I can save or personalize a certain report that only pertains to me and it is easily accessible.
- I think the downloading/exporting options of all the reports (inventory or whatever you are looking up) is easy to use and very easy to send to others once downloaded.
- You can also share reports with certain users with different accounts. For example if two people work on a brand and build reports targeted toward that brand, you can share via the NetSuite platform so the other account user can see it as well.
- I believe NetSuite could be more visually appealing.
- I believe the set up of the reports could be easier to read on the actual platform - columns and rows lining up perfectly.
- I work in marketing, so we are mainly focused on ROI for marketing projects. We are also able to see where we should target our marketing efforts further, based on location. It is very easy to see ROI in NetSuite.
