Netsuite is used by our business to track inventory, link to our website, report sales and other reports, manage servicing (servicing is another part of our business), invoice, place orders, and for many many more functions. It's used across our entire organization. We actually use a "lighter" version because the regular version is more powerful for our needs. It helps us to track servicing, which otherwise would be very difficult to manage.
