Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We are a global company which have vendors and customers all around the world. Therefore we deal with multiple locations, addresses, currencies, bank accounts and payment merchants. NetSuite enables us to customize the ERP to our needs to ensure we deliver on our mission objective.

  • Cost is too expensive
  • Restricted number of users
  • Relies heavily on the internet
  • Journal entries leaves a very poor audit trail
  • It has saved us time due to allowing many customization
  • It integrates very well with other external softwares and platforms
  • Cloud based ensures no wasted time downloading or updating it yourself
Both are Cloud based but NetSuite allows more customization and more advance reports such as saved searches. However Invoice Ocean allows more users at a free cost unlike NetSuite. However NetSuite is a more powerful advance ERP which a bigger complex company requires which a company that is global requires a more sophisticated software for their everyday tools.

For a global company like ours with an extensive network of suppliers, customers, and bank accounts worldwide. It's powerful platform effectively manages all aspects of our global operations. With integrated solutions, we can streamline operations, gain financial visibility, and optimize supply chain efficiency. This allows us to meet our complex global business requirements.
As a NetSuite user, I must admit that their support can sometimes be slow and frustrating. It's frustrating when we have urgent questions or issues and have to go through a lengthy process of filling out unnecessary details like our role in the company. We just want a quick response to our specific question so we can move on with our work efficiently.
Very important for a medium to big company with lots of data.
Although due to the cost - a smaller company with budget constrain won't be able to afford it.
