A platform that encourages automation for business management

After three years of using Smartsheet I have been able to gain a basic understanding of how to use the platform. It took some time to understand how to navigate the menus, search for customers and invoices, understand how ledger/financials are tracked etc. Overall I think that Netsuite takes a bit of a learning curve to navigate and understand but once you grasp where things are and how they work, it delivers.

I have not had to personally contact Nesuite support. This question will not allow me to skip it without answering.

As I stated previously, Netsuite is great for sending out invoices, customer communication, reporting, revenue recognition, collections/balance management. Netsuite offers a large variety of tools to keep track customer billings, payment statues, revenue flow, email communications, contract terms, and more. My team has been able to create collections write off automations that flow through our in house billing systems and move to Netsuite with ease. Through its robust reporting, we can keep track of these write offs and account for each one. My company uses it for all of these and more.
