Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
NetSuite ERP is used daily in our business functions and throughout our whole process, from order entry, entering a work word, building an assembly, to committing material, to then running a wave and ultimately shipping out or material. The same goes for bringing product inbound.

Cons
- MRP and demand planning function to be more compatible with assembly and manufacturing set businesses.
- inventory details as to what is available versus unavailable - why does unavailable still show on multiple reports.
- tying sales of box-in/box-out materials with finished goods manufactured onto one report that also includes raw goods.
- it has brought a lot of struggle for sourcing and the supply chain team.
- we do not feel like we have a firm grasp inventory situation.
Fishbowl was much better at drilling down into each item manufactured and sold as to what the true out the door quantity count was, where we are currently having to do a lot of extra reporting for final sales numbers on inventory.
