Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite to manage customer projects, billing, revenue recognition, employees and AP functions. We have been challenged with invoice creation. Many times when the accountants save the invoice the process fails and it has taken several steps to get to that point and the process has to be restarted.

- Uploading bulk data is easy and saves time entering it manually.

Netsuite has been a big improvement over Epicor. The Epicor product we used was 2 different applications, financial & projects. We had many issues with the 2 Epicor applications staying in sync. Netsuite incorporated all of those functions
