Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
Financials, order management, webstore, assets and digital fulfillment. We implemented NetSuite ERP 4 years ago and it has helped us during the pandemic (since cloud based) with working from home. Having our financials in same place as our order manager has helped us with month end close.

- In my opinion, SuiteCommerce Advanced needs to mature
- In my opinion, even with deep customization to made dummy proof, UX can be confusing to some
- I believe limitations with extracting our data (SQL ingetration tool isn't the greatest)
- We have yet to see ROI yet but it's been only 4 years
- Month end close is much faster than before
- Suitescript customization can be in my opinion can be frustrating but deeply flexible at the same time
- Our more tech savvy team members grasped the process quickly so their on boarding was fast
- automation has prevented many user errors
There are pro and cons to each but as an over all solution, NetSuite ERP is preferred
