Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Finance purposes. AR/AP/Reconciliations/Fixed Assets
This take care of most things but currently trying to learn new automations.
Still continuing to learn how to best use the finance modules that helps the most with our company to enhance our processes.

Pros and Cons

Bank Reconciliation - still a lot to learn for the upgrade though
Saved Searches - allowing to help simplify processes.
User friendly

AP automation - might be something we still need to learn
Credit Card Recs - Automation of expense reports
More reports ready to be customized if needed

Return on Investment

Still newer to the company but it seems to offer many features

Don't always have the answer and at times need to reach out. Overall have received the needed answers.

Support Rating

Typically get the correct answer but some language barriers at times which makes it multi stepped.

Likelihood to Recommend

Since I have only been with this company for a little over a year, I know that I still have much to learn. I really love that they have SuiteWorld but also a live online version for free since it is not fesable for all to come. They seem super helpful when asking questions or assistance and have multiple ways of supporting clients. I hope to be able to utilize as I continue in position with everything it has to offer.
