We use NetSuite ERP for order management, invenotry management, financial reporting, reports and saved searches, WMS, etc.

It's a great ERP system to support different aspects of the business. However, I believe some users might find it not as user-friendly and take a bit longer time for them to learn how to use it.
In my experience, it's hard to get NetSuite ERP Support to respond.
Overall, NetSuite ERP a pretty robust ERP system and contains a lot of great features and functionality. However, in my experience sometimes it's hard to understand certain modules and learn how to use it properly and more efficiently.
