Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

I use NetSuite ERP on a daily basis to do bank reconciliations, monthly reports, fixed asset proposals, and more. NetSuite ERP addresses many business problems including bank reconciliations, monthly reports, fixed asset proposals, bill pay, and more. The scope is that I use it daily for these features and NetSuite ERP makes it very simple to solve these business problems.

Pros

  • Easy user interface to navigate
  • Clear tabs at the top of the screen to navigate to various accounting functions
  • Fast loading when it comes to generating reports

Cons

  • Some reports aren't very functional or lead to errors
  • Sometimes there are too many options and I need a simpler ERP system
  • Bank reconciliations can be difficult to check the box for all items
  • It allows the accounting team to be more efficient
  • We save more time generating reports because they are quick and easy
  • We can do more complex accounting things like fixed asset proposals
It is very easy to use for most people. The user interface is clean on where to find things and the tab bar at the top makes it clear to know which section you need to look for something. The search bar can help you find something if you are unable to locate it easily.
NetSuite ERP is a much more comprehensive accounting ERP software than the other two mentioned. It is designed for bigger organizations who have more complex accounting things to account for. I believe NetSuite ERP is the best ERP system to use for our necessities. The other two have some limiting features when it comes to accounting functionality.

It is well suited for large organizations that do lots of transactions, lots of accounts payable items, accounts receivable items, paying bills, receiving payments, generating reports, and more. It is less appropriate for small businesses or other entities that are best suited for a smaller ERP system. The organization I am at is fairly large, so it is best suited for me.
