Depends on the use case great customizability
Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite ERP for all of our financial and customer data. All of our payroll is done through NetSuite ERP, expensive reports, purchase orders, and donations/sales. We use it as a CRM for our customer/donor info, contact info, and lead info. We have also built out online forms for capturing leads and contacts.
Pros
- Online forms
- Creating custom forms to keep records of.
- Recording sales data to be tracked.
- Very customizable.
Cons
- UI is not very user friendly. It takes a while to get used to it.
- Setting up roles and permissions is not very straight forward.
- Building reports to view data should a lot easier.
- It is increasingly expensive as we are a small non-profit and even with the non-profit discount it is still a substantial amount.
- It has also helped with our overall sales process and conversation tracking.
- It is a good all in one business platform that is better in some areas than it is in others. Depends on what is important to you.
I believe NetSuite ERP has more customizability than Salesforce so you can form it to exactly how you like although you may need more expertise with the platform to do so.

- Cloud Solutions
- Integration with Other Systems
We needed a system to be able to be accessed from anywhere so we needed a cloud solution. We also wanted it to integrate easily with the rest of our systems so we could create workflows that would automate reporting and tasks.
Decide by price and ease of use.
