Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

NetSuite is primarily used as the accounting and finance system of record, generating invoices for customers and handling other related activities. This addressed our need for a system that could scale as the business grew, while being customized to meet our specific needs and integrate with another company.

Cons

  • Overly complicated in some areas.
  • Lots of setup required.
  • Not user friendly.
  • Dated look.
  • Better reporting.
  • More timely information.
  • Better organization.
Provides a good platform for all needs, and businesses have realized many benefits. It has lots of features and can be highly customized, but it is not the easiest or most user-friendly for users. Additionally, the time and cost required to implement the system are substantial.
Selected NetSuite due to the related company using that system.

Well suited for situations where business is growing and already fairly large, with a need for a very customized experience, and has the time and money to implement correctly. This is less suitable for smaller businesses that cannot afford the time and resources to invest in this, and it would not meet their needs very easily.
