Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use NetSuite ERP mainly for CRM, transactions and item maintenance as well as all the facets of manufacturing and order fulfillment, when it comes to purchase orders and sales orders.

  • Pricing of their own product
  • It is flexible when it comes to reporting, which is a huge plus
  • We had to look elsewhere for ecommerce
  • Renewal pricing is expensive
It is pretty easy to get data out that you are looking for. It's very flexible in that way and it also provides default reports that can be copied and modified to your liking.

NetSuite ERP does reporting very well and is really flexible when it comes to creating your own reporting to get data out of the system. It connects well with other systems, which is a huge plus, since their own ecommerce platform isn't that great. From what I understand it's more flexible to work with than other similar systems.
