Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP

We use it as the company's single source of truth. Several other software programs integrate directly into NS, facilitating the streaming process. We also use the tool for procurement, financial planning, and analysis, updating budgeting versions, and monitoring the budget vs. actual variances. We perform Revenue recognition with the Betsuite Rev rec module and allocate expenses with NS. Lastly, we use the Fixed Asset module to track and manage our assets.

NetSuite operates as a comprehensive platform, much like a robust operating system such as Android or Google Play for mobile devices. Its architecture encourages Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to develop and integrate specialized tools and applications directly into the NetSuite environment.This integrated approach facilitates the establishment of a single source of truth for business data and a unified financial database layer. This consolidation significantly streamlines operations, enhances data accuracy, and provides a holistic view of financial and operational information across the organization.
Nestuite is more suitable for bigger organizations at growth and scale stages with at least two subsidiaries that want to integrate lots of software tools.
