Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use NetSuite to track our sales orders. We use a combination of tools for record-keeping and data entry. It works fine for what we use it for, and we can go in and edit, make changes, and update it as needed.

Creates Sales Orders.
Creates customers.
Keeps track of contracts.

Cons

Sometimes all functionality is not working.
Sometimes it is hard to attach files.

I’m not sure because I’m not in charge of that side of things.

It is somewhat easy to use with training on the specific parts we need to use in our day to day operations for our department
