Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva Business Phone Service
We use this product for our insurance agency. I have 4 users. I use Cisco with camera. The system also has a a desktop application to use and also allow texting. The desktop application needs some improvements and new features. other than that it does work fine. you must have a good internet provider or your system is useless.

- Investments is literally very minimum. No hidden costs.
8X8 is very complicated to use. Nextiva Business Phone Service platform is compatible to all of their devices and very easy to use and maintain.
