Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
I use NinjaOne for our support. We utilize the ticket system, patch management, backup, and remote functionality.
Pros

Cons
- I often find that NinjaOne's patch reports are incorrect.
- It is positive because they have a very good solution for support work.
Managing devices has become very easy via the remote connection since you no longer need a VPN.
I like that with NinjaOne, it is immediately noticeable when a device has not been online for a long time.
We only created scripts, but that took a lot of time (about 4 hours per week).
ManageEngine was good but unfortunately a bit difficult and confusing for remote connection
