Overall Satisfaction with Nintex
We use Nintex to create and manage all the workflows associated with the data controlled by our clients. Now, with the web version, the costs have increased because, on-premises, you could create all the workflows you needed without having to track the number of active workflows and actions. However, now you have to manage all active workflows very seriously.
Pros
- Manage Workflows.
- Create Workflows.
- Actions associated.
Cons
- New actions in the box.
- Drag & Drop of some actions.
- Configurations
- Saved time.
- Automation workflows.
- Increased number of done tasks.
We integrate with all types of data, but most of this data comes from Excel files because it is very easy to implement a workflow through a model file to obtain all the information associated with each environment, thereby controlling errors in each scenario.
We have not integrated at this moment.
