Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

We use it to create, share, and keep updated on our processes. We can then exploit the information from different perspectives: systems map, role participation in processes, etc.

Pros

  • Simple UI.
  • Feedback workflow.
  • Easy to share.

Cons

  • Integration of model processes and Nintex processes.
  • Navigation of the process structure of the company.
  • For our use case, a process repository that stays alive and updated is useful and necessary for many reasons, but it is not widespread to have detailed data on ROI.
It's an easy-to-use process manager - the module we use. Makes it easy for users to understand processes and the various information that can be added, including documents, steps, notes, systems, and tags we set based on our own criteria. Especially useful to try to achieve a shared and accessible knowledge base.
We haven't used integrations on Nintex since we don't use a module of their platform that requires it. Information can be imported.

For our use case, it's well-suited for the specifics of a process for the user. It's harder to achieve a level above and maintain visibility without the detailed view.
