Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

Nintex's K2 is used to automate business process and enable the digitalizing of business processes. Business problems include managing cost estimations to managing inventory to managing input and approvals for different process that allow for creating visibility and tracking of processes. The user base for different applications range from 1 to 2000 in some cases.

The low code platform and workflow design is easy to use and allows to build complex solutions in a short time. The platform allows for visibility and control of each step in the process with good practices applied in the different areas with roles and access control. The platform has good training material
Integrations between SAP and K2 automation. We also make use of integration to other applications with the use of RESTapi which allows for flexibility and seamless integration with other applications.
Yes. A lot of time has been saved and process times reduced.
Nintex licensing is very suitable for our needs and solutions built are embedded and is adding a lot of value with the added benefit of being easy to maintain. The time to production for building some complex solutions versus other low code platforms is significantly less allowing for better time to market and user experience.

The solution we use, K2 Automation, is specifically suited for enabling business processes and allowing the formal monitoring of workflows through integration and automation.
Building of low code solutions is quick and easy but are lacking in testing and auto deployment (CI/CD). The existing tools can be updated to be more productive.
