Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Nintex apps as a UI overlay in Salesforce. It enabled us to achieve significantly better user adoption by offering highly customizable views and actions. What would normally take 10 clicks using Salesforce can be done in one click with Nintex, making the whole process much more intuitive and easier to use.

As mentioned earlier, it's great to make navigating and using our CRM, Salesforce, so much better. Could not live without it at this point.

Integrations

CRM integration to Salesforce Data source, we connect to our PostgreSQL Database and allow us to show the data directly in Salesforce.

Works great as a UI replacement for SF Classic or Lightning.

Alternatives Considered

We were originally using Skuid, which was purchased by Nintex, and they have done a good job with upkeep and adding new features.
