Nintex Workflow for Office365
Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Platform
Mainly to automate workflows that are currently manual. Using Forms, Workflows, and Mobile Forms.
- Workflows that are cross-site and cross-site collection.
- Forms - the many platforms/designs, especially mobile forms with ink signature.
- Ability to add my own CSS and JavaScript to a form.
- Good support, good Nintex Community. Vadim's posts.
- Can't convert a lookup field to text in the workflow (or maybe I just can't figure out how)
- Workflow: please add an Action to get the string length. The Nintex community has instructions on how to do this on-prem, but we have only O365/SharePoint Online
- Too soon to tell, sorry.
Office 365. Deployment flexibility is something I forgot to mention earlier. It is very nice that they let me use the app in two tenancies, so I develop outside of production
