Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Nintex Platform is being used across all our departments. We use Nintex Workflows and Forms to automate many of our Finance, Travel Expense, HR, IT processes. We also use it to support our market expansion planning.

Nintex Deployment Flexibility

We use Nintex Workflows and Forms for SharePoint. We can deploy any solution anytime that suits us. That flexibility is crucial when you are working in a global setup managing multiple timezones.

Nintex Users

Nintex Forms is the obvious answer. Non-IT users can create a Form which is fit for their one-time needs to gather information or to manage a process that would normaly involve a lot of e-mails floating arround.

Likelihood to Recommend

Suits well in every process that is supported via e-mails and needs managers approval it also fits for document exchange scenarios where multiple parties are involved. Not suited for long-running and highly complex processes.
