We use Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflow, and Nintex Sign on our Office 365 intranet in various processes.
We access it via our intranet, as we map various self-service processes using various Nintex products as already described. For example, we use it for our holiday management, travel applications, complaint management, and many more.
Overall, the K2 Platform is too powerful for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is a BPM platform with many intergrative solutions. Nintex is much lighter and easier!
