Overall Satisfaction with Nintex

Creation of automated forms and solutions. We use it for various solutions including travel booking, car mileage recording and product notifications globally

Its a very easy to use tool and has definitely helped with automation of lots of tasks for us within our company.

Pros

  • Complete automation
  • Pretty simple to learn
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • Sometimes get technical issues which have no explanation
  • Easy to use no code
  • Migrations are pretty straight forward
  • Security and permissions are easily managed
I think overall it is a great tool but has some limitation and can be improved further (Im sure the inhouse team is working on some of these as we speak) Ability to modify using html and css or equivalent would be useful

I would say Power Automate at the moment leads the category for all round toolset and useability

We are currently 80% moved from SharePoint on prem to M365. We have a number of applications that used various tools including Nintex workflows that require migration/redevelopment. There are lots of processes redevelopment is required. Process Platform has allowed to redevelop some of these applications without the need for specific developer skills due its no code nature. It also allows us to migrate quickly without the need to upskill
