We used Nintex Process Platform to help bridge the process between different SaaS platforms. It is useful for onboarding automation which helps close a number of gaps between people's communication. Besides closing the gaps, we also use Nintex Process Platform's API to help bridge different systems together without the use of RPA.

We build the Nintex Process Platform for the onboarding process, which links our internal system with Azure for automation. The whole process flow connects multiple systems used by specific departments. It closes the gap between systems via APInor webhook. It also closes the gap between human communication, especially between departments.
Nintex Process Platform removes the need for manual process and data entry.
Nintex Process Platform commercial terms are the lowest compared to other BPM tools. The other plus point is it allows the building of API or webhooks to link up with other systems. The RPA license is also included in the bundle, which is not offered by other products on the market.
