Nintex RPA is used in our organization as the bundle package along with the Nintex business automation tool integrated with the SharePoint platform . as a partner of Nintex we implement business automation plus use the Nintex RPA tool for automating Repetitive tasks and which are part of the business automation application combining called as intelligent automation or Cognitive intelligent automation

Nintex RPA tool is widely used in Banking, Retail, and Insurance Sectors where we have implemented the RPA process for their repetitive actions and reduced the time consumption by 70% and increased productivity by 90% which resulted in an increase of ROI for the industry
  • Data entry:Nintex RPA bots can be trained to input data into various systems, such as CRM or ERP systems, at a much faster rate than a human user could
  • Document processing: Nintex RPA bots can be trained to process large volumes of documents, such as invoices or claims, and extract relevant information from them
  • Repetitive tasks: Nintex RPA bots can be used to automate tasks that are repetitive in nature, such as sending out emails or creating reports.
  • integrations: Nintex RPA has a wide range of integrations with other systems, such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce, which makes it easy to automate tasks that involve multiple systems.

  • In my personal experience using RPA tool has reduced the work effort and time consuming which had a bad impact on services speaking about that time consumption which has reduced and due to that productivity has increased and ROI has increased which is one of the great positivity we got from Nintex RPA tool and received many projects with that back to back .

1. most importantly why we choose Nintex RPA is the pricing model where Nintex RPA tools price for the number of flows not for the BOT which is the great advantage that gives the small industries who has less budget even if they can purchase Nintex RPA tool which fits their budget instead of paying a huge price for another automation tool like Uipath and AA .2. easy to integrate and visual drag-and-drop interface, which makes it easier to create and deploy automation solutions without requiring specialized programming skills.
3. Nintex RPA has a wide range of integrations with other systems and technologies, such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce, which may make it more suitable for organizations that rely on these systems.

Workflows management for bulk canceling and bulk restart which is widely used for large scale who uses Nintex workflow processes.3.Document processing: Nintex RPA is well-suited for tasks that involve processing large volumes of documents, such as invoices or claims. For example, a Nintex RPA bot could be trained to extract relevant information from invoices and input it into an accounting system.

Yes - UiPath: Uipath has complex features which are unwanted and difficult to implement for basic use case and making it difficult for the developers to implement the solution as needed.

secondly, the pricing of Uipath is higher compared to the Nintex RPA tool.

Nintex RPA has a wide range of integrations with other systems and technologies, such as Office 365, SharePoint, and Salesforce. UiPath also has a wide range of integrations, including with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP.
i would like to explore NIntex RPA tool more with testing with multiple systems and integrations
