Nintex Document Generation for Salesforce

Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Workflow Platform

We use Nintex to help with document generation. In order to create a contract within Salesforce, with data existing on multiple objects, it requires a data aggregating solution, like Nintex to help get the job done.

Pros

  • Easy to install
  • Easy to manage licenses
  • Smooth onboarding
  • The documents look perfect

Cons

  • The interface could probably use a refresh
  • Saved a ton of time
  • Very affordable
I am not sure about Nintext competitors.
Nintex saved us about 30 minutes per contract, and we are sending out no less than a contract per day.
