Overall Satisfaction with Notion
Usually Notion is used as a personal tool for documentation, todo lists, organize each one activities, some of my colleagues use it for keep notes of a meeting with a client or a solution review for a new feature on the product we are working.
- Scalable
- Reachable for everyone
- Light
- Modern UI
- It could have a way to personalize components like do a percentage bar on a table or calendar.
- Integrate better different componentes, like i want to link my task to my calendar so i can sincronize them
- It could have a script componente like google sheets, on formula properties.
- Scalability, to add more people on my notion
- Flexibility, to do anything i want
- Clean, it's very beatiful and clean
- Keep records and do on time my to-do list
- Has improved people's individualy, cause anybody can have their own notion
- It's easier to setup a worflow for a MVP for example
I've never used OneNote, but i friend of mine did, and she told me that actually OneNote it's better for studies, cause it has a open drawing board so it's better to organize our thoughts. Even if i find those two tools similar, they have different purposes, but i think it would be nice for Notion have a open drawing board to inside a page for example.
