Overall Satisfaction with Notion

The company has many remote employees. Using Notion is to help share information within the company so everyone can be informed. It is used to track projects across different departments. Notion allows you to capture updates through different stages. It is also used for department by department to manage their ongoing tasks. The employee's directory is maintained through Notion. So are company's holidays.

Notion addresses most of our needs and help teams to organize their tasks, track their progresses and then archive for future reference. The company uses Notion to share announcement, holiday schedules, employee contact information and organizational structures. Everyone finds it useful and helpful. The notifications are instant. Reminders are on time.
The company uses both Notion and Trello within the company. Notion is more for North America employees while Trello is used between Operation team overseas and in North America. Sometimes it's a preference of how the tools look like for project management. I would say both Notion and Trello are nice tools and serves our needs.

It suits most teams well which allows them to track their pending projects, status, follow ups, issues, reminders, resolutions, etc. Each team has different preferences of how they manage their tasks. Notion is particularly liked by the engineering team. Overall, the design is straightforward and addresses most needs to support our day-to-day operations.
