Overall Satisfaction with Notion

We use Notion to share project documentation across the whole team as well as sub-teams, manage various task boards, to do lists, HR documentation, learning resources, recruiting and hiring documents, databases of contacts, archives of meeting recordings, design resources, and many other resources required for different parts of the team.

Notion has excellent usability: its UI is really good and intuitive, and they have options for everything. Plus, on mobile, you have the same set of controls as you do on web, so you don't miss out on mobile. When the workspace gets very large however, it is sometimes slow to navigate and search. Once you're on a page it's great, but it can be slow interacting.
Notion is excellent for accomplishing many different tasks in the same application. Linear and Jira are both project management applications, and Jira could also accomplish document management with Confluence, but it's very archaic compared to Notion. Linear doesn't offer the same level of jack-of-all-trades as Notion does as far as I know

Notion is perfect as a general tool where you want total control of how information is stored and shared in a team. If you like simple tables, complicated databases/views, just plain pages or many sub-levels, Notion can do it all. If you have only one type of thing you want to accomplish, like a kanban board or to-do list, you may be better off with a tool specifically for just that purpose.
