Overall Satisfaction with Odoo
I still use it as my main platform for my CRM as well as AR and invoicing. Also for customer follow up and tracking. I also use the quotation module. To some extent, the project management module for tracking projects both internal and external to my company
- Easy interface for both cloud and on-premise.
- Seamless integration between modules.
- Development can be a challenge since it was developed using multiple languages.
- Pre-defined modules although works well can be limiting.
- Easy tracking of customers from prospects to sales.
- Easy repeat orders customer follow-ups. All historical transactions and communications in one place.
Odoo offers great ease of use and time to market. You can build on modules and integration, not an issue since the system will say "before" setup what modules relate to what you want. And in some instances will even install needed modules without your having to guess.
