Overall Satisfaction with ON24
Currently, it is used for all live and simu-live company webinars. As far as business problems, I don't know that it addresses any business problems as it is used to more effectively communicate beyond the written words of our medical publications.
- Training
- Reliable and consistent delivery.
- Program analytics and reporting tools are very good.
- The biggest con is the inability to have presenters utilize a pointer or cursor without using the screen sharing setup/
- When setting up an on-demand program the content for the on-demand program such as a pre-recorded video should be able to be uploaded rather than have the presenter record it using the On24 tool supplied by On24 when on-demand setup is selected for a new program. Major negative!
- Unable to remove/delete previously completed activities from the activity listing.

- Webinars have increased the number of educational programs supported by our customers.
Prior to On24, we utilized both GoToWebinar and WebEx. We experienced various issues with both programs many of which I think may have now been resolved as we continue to see others utilizing both those programs. Webex more so with larger corporate organizations and GoToWebinar with smaller organizations. On24 has provided a consistent stable environment while continuing to evolve without putting us at risk. Workcast we have not used but have recently looked at closely but have decided to stay with On24 but appears to have some interesting capabilities and perhaps a bit more competitive in pricing.
