Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is used by the marketing team for lead generation and product deliverable demonstrations. It supports lead generation with its quick and easy interface and good tracking capabilities. The screenshare functionality enables product management to record live demos efficiently. I am also an advocate of the Simulive functionality when pre-recording presentations with speakers who are in a different time zone to the webinar.

- There's a slight delay when delivering screenshare.
- The Q&A box could be easier to use.
We have no integration with our CRM system. ON24 is connected to our prospective marketing tool, Eloqua, though.
- ON24 is very helpful for lead generation, and enables analysts to share key market updates with clients and prospects.
- Perfect for recording new product demos.
- A useful tool for internal events too.
This was not my decision, but ON24 offers a better experience than Cisco Webex with regards to webinar functionality.
