Overall Satisfaction with ON24

It is used primarily by Marketing. We run a number of webinars (live, on-demand and simu-live). We needed an easy solution to manage a huge amount of activity.

  • It can be glitchy.
It integrates into Marketo, which in turn integrates into Salesforce. This helps us pull reports through Salesforce based on registrations, attendees, attended on-demand. In turn, it can show us pipeline attribution.
  • Increased customer engagement.
  • Nurtures new business leads.
  • Integrate with CRM/marketing automation software
Flexibility, customization.
Good for lead gen or customer webinars where you are likely to re-run in the future and have personalization of the webinar console.
