Overall Satisfaction with ON24
ON24 is our main webinar platform to offer real-time education to all of our members worldwide. We work with our speaker and sponsors to offer topics that will be relevant to their everyday jobs. With ON24 we are able to offer them automatic CPE (continuing professional education) with each event.

Pros
- Each webinar is browser-based and the user doesn't have to download anything whether on their phone or computer.
- The reporting is par to none that i have ever seen in a webinar vendor.
- I am able to customize every webinar to fit my needs or make a template and use the same look and feel each time.
Cons
- Costs more than competitors.
- sometimes new features don't work 100% correctly and you have to give feedback for it to be corrected.
- We have been able to grow our audience incrementally.
- We have been able to offer great value to sponsors through the services.
- Identify and track top-engaged accounts
ON24 has been very supportive, working with us as we bring new events to our offerings where we didn't use ON24 in the past. New team members needed to be trained and ON24 did a great job helping bring them up to speed.
ON24 is the leader in the market. Their reporting and services seem to be the best. The ability to changes the look and feel to my liking and not be stuck with how things are arranged was a big winner. The user does not have to download anything and it just runs in their browser.
