Overall Satisfaction with ON24

We use ON24 in our marketing department. This is currently our main webinar platform where we broadcast various simu-live and live webinars daily. It allows us to use recorded content and rebroadcast to our various targets, with the options for attendees to engage with us via the various widgets available on the console. For example, attendees are able to ask us live questions via the Q&A Box.

Pros

  • Integration with Marketo.
  • Ease of use when recording content.
  • Ability to drill down into analytics and reports post-event.

Cons

  • Technical issues with browsers and events not showing up in our library of upcoming webcasts.
  • Issues with the Producer mode when monitoring a simu-live webinar. There is a lag on occasion and causes us to think there's an issue with the broadcast.
  • Pre-recording with video and shared screens is not easy.
  • ON24 has helped us engage with new prospects by allowing us to broadcast a daily demonstration of our product to net new prospects a well as folks we've nurtured.
  • We are able to engage with our customers by broadcasting content around our new products.

Virtual webcasts are a huge converter for us (even more) now. The fact that we cannot hold live event really showed us the need to pivot and embrace pre-recorded content that we can blast out to our base. Our team relies on the capabilities of ON24 to help us manage the various events and programs we need to support our sales team.
I've used this product for the past few years, but haven't really expanded on my use of it in my marketing activities. I'd have thought more capabilities and less issues around the simu-live aspect would have been released. I do not find it east to record inside the platform unless we are recording audio only on a slideshow.
ON24 is the best option for user friendliness and ability to manage multiple events, whether that be during a day, week, or month. When we have to record new content, folks are always happy to hear that ON24 is the platform we're using. Also, the automatic emails sent out for each event are very helpful in doubling-down with reminders. The more options for reminders, the better.
ON24 is a great platform for companies who have a mature and sophisticated marketing engine. ON24 is able to support multiple webcasts as well as capturing data on attendees. The integration capabilities are also helpful for groups that have that need. I would not recommend ON24 to a smaller company who has not established their marketing tactics yet as there would be a lot of functionality that is not used.
