Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ON24 for webinars throughout the year. We hold approx. 4-5 webinars per year for our members. We love the platform and would like to look into integrating it with our AMS. Once we have our new AMS in place, we will look to integrate with ON24. Platform is easy to use and looks very professional.

Use Cases for Analytics Insights

We have not had enough time to provide insights etc. We appreciate the audience analytics but have not maximized the use of the data collected. We also do not have an integration with our CRM (yet) and we are ramping up our marketing team so to use the platform more.

Innovation

ON24 saved me time - having the eMail feature to remind participants of the event really helps me. I don't have to think about it. I create the invitations and then let the platform take over. Love it.

Scalability

It's the first platform we've used that is easy to learn, simple for the audience to use and offers the audience their own way to personalize their view. Makes my life a bit easier. Also, the day of support is terrific. We have had great success with the support person on the day of the event.

ON24 is way better than BlueJeans and Live. We are happy that we found you!

ON24 is a terrific product for us. You can learn to use the platform on your own or pay for 'an expert' to assist you. I like the different levels of support offered. Unsure of any less appropriate items.

The platform is user friendly; there is no software to download and install. Its all in the browser. There are less issues since software doesn't need to be updated all the time.

Usability

There are some that do not understand that it is browser based and that you can exit and join very easily. Some of the buttons have moved around - for the better.
