On24 is good for accessibility and inclusion

Accessibility is very important to the ADA office as well as training. We are always looking for ways to be more inclusive. ON24 is an accessible option for virtual webinars and training events. It's a great cloud-based platform for webcasting as well. I like that it is easy to personalize to each company's needs.

The company uses the data to ensure compliance with federal regulations and finds that it works well with Salesforce. We've used audience data to inform us as to how much engagement we had when. That's important to know when you're training an audience because if they are not engaged, they could miss out on key information.
It has been great for accessibility and inclusion especially, but also in a way that is fun and engaging. It has been beneficial to the company because we are using it for training. It's useful for the times when training cannot be conducted in person. It's useful to gather data on audience participation.
ON24 is better than an average videoconference app because it's a holistic software that specializes in events in particular, so it's more engaging for the audience. It's different from Blackboard Collaborate because even though Blackboard Collaborate is great for college classes, we only needed On24 for mandatory annual trainings for our adult employees.
