Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
Our foundation has been using OneCause to host silent auctions for the past four years. Typically, the silent auctions are tied to live events. Over the past year and a half, however, when we were unable to host live events, we relied on online silent auctions to generate revenue.
- It is very user friendly for the front and back end user.
- It is very secure.
- I wish we had a little more flexibility in the layout/banners on event pages.
- Especially since the beginning of Covid-19, OneCause has provided a resource for fundraising in the absence of in-person events.
- Setting up our event pages/sites is very easy, so it definitely saves on the time our team spends creating/implementing.
We have nothing to compare it to because once we started with OneCause we had no reason to look elsewhere.
