Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We use OneCause for our annual art auction fundraising event. We have been able to switch from a pen/paper auction method to online using OneCause. This was especially helpful as our event had to be held virtually in 2020.
  • Walks you through the steps needed to launch
  • Follows up quickly with questions and concerns
  • Provides a library of helpful tips, tools, and tricks
  • Pictures of auction items cannot be enlarged
  • Uploading images to the pages is complicated
  • Better editing tools for the pages
  • We have raised more using the virtual bidding platform
  • Allows us to change pricing for items not selling at event
  • Allows us to cut the cost of other marketing materials, as OneCause allows us to use their platform for this purpose
Very user friendly!
Sometimes the help hotline takes a few days to respond, but we did not pay for the package that assigned an OneCause person for our event.
Classy allows us to personalize the site more, but we prefer OneCause for online bidding.

OneCause has simplified our check-in process. At our most recent event where we used OneCause, we were told that our check-in process was the simplest and most efficient check-in process throughout previous events.
