Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

We have utilized OneCause for our annual auction/gala event for over 10 years. The software is user-friendly for volunteers and guests. The event staff handles the software logistics (check-in, payments, etc.) directly with our volunteers--allowing our staff to focus on execution of the event and our supporters!

  • The software allows us to track and report so that we have final results within a few days--rather than staff time committed to processing donations, tickets, etc.
Our supporters are very comfortable with the software
Over the 10+ years I have worked with OneCause, any issues (which are few) have been quickly resolved
