HealthChannels partners with One Source Virtual as our main payroll provider and processor. OneSource Virtual is an experienced consultant in payroll services within Workday and ensures that our payroll is processed accurately and timely and that our 15,000+ employees are paid appropriately. OneSource Virtual also partners with us on our payroll taxes working directly with agencies as our representatives to ensure we are in compliance with all taxes across our business in all 50 states. Finally, we trust OneSource Virtual's AMS services to help configure any new Workday needs we have as well as troubleshoot any problem areas we come across. We trust OneSource Virtual to be the experts in Workday Payroll so we can available to our employees, our internal customers, for their needs.

Pricing has been appropriate and based on volume versus the flat amount in the case our volume decreases or discontinues. Services are supported with additions to the scope or new configurations. Services can sometimes be a challenge based on the bandwidth of their team.
[OneSource Virtual] has primarily served as an extension of our Finance team. We service 15,000 employees for payroll yet only have five support employees on our team. [OneSource Virtual] allows us to focus on our employee services rather than on the technical needs of the payroll and tax systems while they handle those aspects of our business.
As mentioned previously, your service is only as good as the team providing it. I have worked with excellent people at [OneSource VIrtual] but have also worked with some not so excellent people.
One Source Virtual is an expert in Workday Payroll and Financials. They are able to provide guidance and support for payroll processing, taxes, and configuration. If, however, you use another software to complement Workday, [OneSource Virtual] is only able to provide support to Workday which can sometimes be problematic.
